Embrace Now

connections that we born

when torn or broken we will mourn

in the shadows lay and creep

the fall of life and then we weep

the soul tired and tattered

we ponder what really mattered

haste not away

what gives today

rejoice to begin again

the present is your friend

About bethechangebutterfly

Mahatma Ghandi once said, “If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. … We need not wait to see what others do.” This statement spurred the popular saying, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” www.bethechangebutterfly.com was created to help instill that change within you. Well said Beth, we take the “present” for granted much too often!

Wow. Empowering AND beguiling. Like a chant (because of the rhyme), and a mantra stretched out and wearable. Lovely-strong. 🙂
